CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Pearline Moore Dooley, 75, formerly of Randles, died Aug. 15, 2005, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

On Sept. 20, 1929, she was born at Randles to the late Robert Lee and Mae Belle Lynn Moore. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Delta.

She and Cedric D. Dooley were married Sept. 25, 1948, at Piggott, Ark., and he preceded her in death on April 12, 1998.

Pearline was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, homemaker and gardener. Besides her deep love for her family, she was ever so thankful for her Sunday school class and church family. Her faith inspired all.

Survivors include: two daughters, Sue "Susie" Below of Advance and Judy Dooley of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Jimmy and Dana Below of Advance, Lynn and Barbara Below of Oran, Tim and Meghan Below of Mobile, Ala., Kimberly Below of Advance, Andy Below of Advance, Kris and Samantha Kight of Cuba, Mo., and Craig Kight of Taos, N.M.; 11 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Nadine Henderson of Rockford, Ill., Shirley Mobley of Randles and Bardy Little of Randles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Mae Belle Lynch Moore; one sister, Betty Robinson; and her husband, Cedric Dooley (1998). Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Eric Hodge and the Rev. Kenny Martin will officiate.

Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.

Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Below, Lynn Below, Tim Below, Kimberly Below, Andy Below and Kris Kight.
