Your view: My hero, my son

My 8-year-old son, Blade Bannister, is truly my hero.

I passed out yesterday and he got me a wet rag, held my hand and was talking to me until I came to. He helped me into our living room and took his 5-year-old sister across the street and asked a neighbor to call 911 and gave them my information. He told them to call my parents and gave them the phone number and also the number to call my husband at work.

He is truly my hero and I want everyone to know how special this 8-year-old truly is.
