CHICAGO, Ill. - Georgia Anna Pullen Orr, 78, formerly of Bell City, Mo., died Aug. 1, 2003, in Chicago.

Born Nov. 27, 1924, in Bell City, daughter of the late J.C. Pullen Sr. and Floia Montgomery Pullen, she retired as a registered nurse for St. Joseph Hospital.

Her husbands, Victor Gary Sr., George Brown and John Wesley Orr, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: five sons, Charles Gary Pullen, Darryl Brown and Gerald Brown of Chicago, Victory Gary Jr. of Romeoville and George Cary of Stockbridge, Ga.; two stepchildren, Jacoby Orr of Chicago and Robbie Orr of Chicago Heights; three brothers, Robert Pullen and Everse Pullen of Chicago and Arne Pullen of Robbins; one sister Bertha Luster of Bell City; and 21 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death were three brothers, Cleophis Pullen, J.C. Pullen Jr. and Norris T. Pullen Sr.; and one sister, Virginia Pullen Segers.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. Saturday until service time at 1 p.m. at Christ Sanctuary Church of God in Christ in Bell City. Elder David Pullen, pastor, and Elder Darryl Brown will officiate.

Burial will follow in the J.C. Pullen Memorial Garden in Bell City.

Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home of Sikeston, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
