CAPE GIRARDEAU - Katherine Ann Sneed and David Shane Shirrell are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 6:21 p.m. July 28, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Amy Cheyanne Shirrell weighed 7 pounds and was 19 1/2-inches long.

Sneed is the daughter of James A. Sneed of Benton and Bertha K. Grindstaff of Jackson.

Shirrell is the son of David P. Shirrell and Janet Lavella Shirrell of Jackson.

Sneed and Shirrell are employed by Rubbermaid.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Dianna Liggins and Joey Tyrone Williams are the parents of their third child, first daughter, born at 1:27 p.m. July 28, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Amiyah Cymone Williams weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.

Liggins, daughter of Dorothy Neely of Maury City, Tenn., and Marvin Sikes of Portageville, is employed with the Dana Corporation.

Williams, son of Carolyn Williams of Killeen, Texas, and Joe Harris of Cape Girardeau, is employed by Danni Gilder (DGI).

SIKESTON - Larry Ray and Chelsey Hancock are the parents of their second child, first son, born July 29, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Griffin Ray Hancock weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Hancock, daughter of Don and Sue Moore, is a substitute teacher with Sikeston Public Schools.

Hancock, son of Pat and Ronnie Norman and the late Donald Ray Hancock, is a structural steel estimator with Steward Steel.

Maternal great-grandparents are Orbin and Alice Moore of Sikeston.

Paternal great-grandmother is Sadie Toler of Paragould, Ark.

ORAN - Jessica Marie Phillips and Rayburn L. Pullen are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 9:17 a.m. July 29, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Bryce Anthony Pullen weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18 3/4-inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Rosemary L. Dobbs and William Perry Phillips II.

Paternal grandparents are Betty Jo Pullen and Ted Pullen.

CHARLESTON - Zenobeie Chappell and Dwight Williams are the parents of their second child, first son, born at 12:28 p.m. July 29, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. DaKyrion Almantrae Williams weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

Chappell, daughter of Jeannette Chappell and Willie Roston, is a wrap operator for Good Humor-Breyers.

Williams, son of Alma Williams and Dwight Robinson, is employed by the Pilot Travel Center.
