SIKESTON - Thomas Franklin and Sandra Ann Robison are the parents of their second son, born at 4:27 p.m. Sept. 3, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Charles Franklin Robison weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

The former Sandra Smith, Mrs. Robison is the daughter of Doris Smith of Silo, Okla., and Vergil Smith of Marietta, Okla., and is a social worker.

Robison, son of James and Frances Robison of Sikeston, is an attorney.

CHARLESTON - Nonyumeka Clemons is the mother of her fourth child, first daughter, born at 1:16 a.m. Sept. 3, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Zaranda Faith Clemons weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.

A certified medical technician for the Charleston Manor, Clemons is the daughter of Shirley Johnson and Jimmy Lee Johnson.

SIKESTON - James and Crystal Nance are the parents of their second son, born at 12:32 p.m. Sept. 3, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Remington Lee Nance weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Nance is the daughter of Teri Still and Byron Still.

Nance, son of Donnie Nance and Kita Nance is employed by Pro-Lube in Jackson.

DEXTER - William Jacob and Robinn Celeste Huey are the parents of their third child, second son, born at 10:43 a.m. Sept. 3, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Braxton Lane Huey weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.

The former Robinn Daves, Mrs. Huey is the daughter of Judy and Lavern Daves of Silva. She is a Workforce Specialist I for the State of Missouri.

Huey, son of Irene and Sam Huey of Dexter, is a federal meat inspector with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

SIKESTON - Starcesca Morgan is the mother of her second son, born at 3:24 p.m. Sept. 4, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Janyius Bren'Shun Rickyle Morgan weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.

Grandparents are Brenda King and Herman Morgan.

PORTAGEVILLE - Bradley Paul and Carla Michelle Forrester are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 12:48 a.m. Sept. 4, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Winston Bradley Forrester weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. Forrester is the former Carla Shipley, daughter of Terry Darby and Tony Darby of Portageville. She is a beautician and nail technician.

Forrester, son of Lois Forrester and Ronnie Forrester of Portageville, is employed by Siegal Roberts Incorporated.

SIKESTON - Kyleigh Anne Cowger and Kent Timothy Chappell are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 4:48 p.m. Sept. 5, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Kinleigh Anne Chappell weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19-inches long.

Cowger, daughter of Jim and Jeanne Cowger, is a sales representative for KWKZ Radio.

Chappell son of Diane and Tim Chappell, is employed by Alan Wire.

LILBOURN - Luke Warren and Rachael Dawn Boggs are the parents of their third son, born at 1:29 p.m. Sept. 5, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Dawson Cole Boggs weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Boggs is the former Rachael Brock, daughter of Rickey Brock and Willie Mae Brock of Lilbourn.

Boggs, son of Lois Floyd and Herbert Floyd of Bragg City, is a juvenile probation officer for New Madrid County.

BELL CITY - Valerie Kay Daniels Clark and Gregory Lynn Jones are the parents of their second daughter, born at 1:42 p.m. Sept. 8, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Madison Nicole Clark weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Clark is the daughter of Leonard and Kay Daniels of Bell City and is employed by VGT Audio.

Jones is the son of Floyd and Alma Jones of Perkins.

SIKESTON - Douglas and Kelley Foltz are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 12:39 p.m. Sept. 8, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Ellie Jane Foltz weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18 1/2-inches long.

Mrs. Foltz is the daughter of Wendell and Linda Daniel of Willis, Texas.

Foltz is the son of Stuart and Kathy Foltz of Woodruff, Wis.

Mr. and Mrs. Foltz are podiatric surgeons for the Ferguson Medical Group.
