Willia Dodds

SIKESTON - Willia Mae Dodds, 62, died at 6:23 p.m. May 28, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born March 2, 1943, in New Madrid County, daughter of the late Joe and Mary Allen Dodds, she was an optician at the Wal-Mart Vision Center and had lived in Sikeston most of her life.

Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Timothy Sanders of Sikeston; and three grandchildren, Bruce Cochran, Tyler Cochran and Makayla Sanders of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Blanchard Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Steve Vester, pastor of Old Bethel Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Matthews Cemetery in Matthews.

Pallbearers will be Lee Kennedy, Stanley Kennedy, Gary Kennedy, David Kennedy, Brad Kennedy and Justin Kennedy.
