Harris- Dirnberger

ORAN -- Karen Rene Harris and Robert Shane Dirnberger were married June 4, 2005, at Dirnberger Farms, in Oran.

The bride arrived by a carriage driven by Calvin LeGrand of Oran. Lee Horton of Chaffee performed the ceremony, and Gary Blocker of Oran was the reader. Music for the occasion was provided by Renegade.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Stanley of Morley, and her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Butch Dirnberger of Oran and the late Carole Dirnberger.

Cheryl Harris of Oran served her mother as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Marcy Blanton of Michie, Tenn., sister-in-law of the bride, and Ms. Laurie Laws of Oran, friend of the bride.

David Harris of Oran, son of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Shaun Dirnberger of Oran, brother of the bridegroom, and Gary Blocker of Oran, friend of the bridegroom.

Junior groomsman was Cody Dirnberger of Oran, nephew of the bridegroom. Ushers were Adam Laws and Drew Schlosser of Oran.

Flower girl was Dalton Paige Stanley, niece of the bride, and ring bearer was Dakota Foreman, stepson of Gary Blocker.

Guest book and program attendants were Sara and Katie Heisserer, stepsisters of the bridegroom, and Lori Dirnberger, sister-in-law of the bridegroom.

A reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Oran.

The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner June 3 at Dirnberger Farms in Oran.

The new Mrs. Dirnberger is currently employed at Galaxy Cablevision in Sikeston. Dirnberger works for Nordenia in Jackson and Dirnberger Construction of Oran.

The couple are making their home in Oran.
