SIKESTON -- Willis B. "B" Green Sr., 52, died Feb. 8, 2006.

Born Dec. 8, 1953, in Bell City, to the late James and Viola Taylor, he graduated from Bell City High School in 1972. He worked as a retail specialist at Falkoff's Men's Shop from 1972 to 1975 and as a machinist for 33 years for Arvin Ameritor in Dexter. He served as choir director and soloist at West End Missionary Baptist Church for many years. In 2003, he was appointed the assistant pastor at Rhema Word Breakthrough International Ministries, where he served until he began his pastorate responsibilities as founder of Salt of The Earth International Ministries in 2005.

On July 7, 1984, he married Loricestine McCaster, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Willis "B.J." Green Jr.; three daughters, Kimberly D., Sekia S. and Angela M. Green, all of Sikeston; five brothers, Aaron Gaston of St. Peters, James Green of Dallas, Alvin Payne of Chicago, Howard Payne of Burlington, Iowa and James Payne of Des Moines, Iowa; four sisters, Mary Rencher of Naperville, Ill., Betty Lou Moore and Ruth Mawlayer of Chicago and Ruby Knox of Perry, Iowa; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Green Memorial C.O.G.I.C. in Sikeston. Dr. Anthony G. Green I and the Rev. James A. Green will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
