Bob Sawyer

SPRING LAKE, Mich. - Robert "Bob" Neal Sawyer, 49, died Jan. 4, 2007, at his home.

Born Dec. 13, 1957, in Risco, Mo., to Harice and Cleola Evans Sawyer of Doniphan, Mo., he was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard.

On Oct. 20, 2003, in Spring Lake, he married Laura Olson, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Dylan Sawyer of the home; two daughters, Carrie Sayers of Malden, Mo. and Bobbie Jean Sawyer of Springfield, Mo.; two stepsons, Daniel and Andrew of the home; one brother, David Sawyer of Sikeston, Mo.; four sisters, Linda Rawlings of Risco, Shirley Smith of Dyersburg, Tenn., Judy Tipton of Malden and Shelia Day of Doniphan.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Theresa Sawyer.

Visitation is at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, where services will held at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
