PORTAGEVILLE -- Dorothy Mae Douglas, 76, died Aug. 12, 2006, at her home in Portageville.

Born Feb. 11, 1930, in Pomona, daughter of the late W.H. and Janie Mason Schultz, she was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include: three sons and daughters-in-law, Van and Dee Young of Aurora, Colo., Reggie and Vickie Young of Benton, Ky., and Dennis and Missy Young of Lilbourn; three daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Gary Hamlett of Wynne, Ark., Denise and Freddie Hill of Portageville and Sandra and Morgan Davis of Wynne; three sisters, Rose "Short" Bartlett of Gideon, Ethel Pentecost of Bossie City, La., and Gracie Thompson of House Springs; and 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

One son, Michael Andrew Young; one brother, Herman Shultz; two sisters, Irene Sisk and Juanita Brown; and one granddaughter also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time for services at 11 a.m. Thursday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville. The Rev. Martin Goode will officiate.

Burial will follow in Standfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
