I was calling in reference to the dental dilemma, where someone wanted to know of someone who takes Medicaid or Medicare. There is a place in New Madrid, called SEMO Dental. There number is 748-5671. It is also a dental office that does work based on your income.

Bill Burlison, just like Jimmy Carter, we don't care what you think. We threw your butt out of office years ago. The best thing you can do is to fall off into the sunset somewhere and keep your flap shut. You and Jimmy Carter will be going down in history as two with sour grapes that should keep their yaps shut.

People are always calling SpeakOUt to complain on some business or another. Well, I just want to thank the people at Autry Morlan for being nice and helpful to me. Jeff and Terry and Steve are good salesmen who went out of their way for me. I would highly recommend a visit to these guys. They did a great job for me.

Mike, I think I've come up with an idea with what's causing our dirty water problem in the city. I know the water department is trying to solve it because they have been working at it all summer. They've even been by our house and talked to us, and I know they're trying. But guys, here's my idea. I have a great-grandson that is three years old. He's at the stage of life with imaginary friends. When he and his Mom come visiting they have to go for a walk around the block. Seth lifts the lids up on all the water meters and gets down beside them and talks to the Ninja turtles and even feeds them if he has something to eat. To you out there who don't know who the Ninja turtles are, they're four little green guys who wear masks, carry swords and fight crime underground. They live underground in the sewers and they even have names. So every time I see rusty water coming out of my faucet, I just smile and say, "Well, the Ninja turtles are fighting crime again today."

Anyone involved in dog fighting should automatically lose their property, just as a drug dealer does. And though I'm opposed to torture, I think in this case where thugs are torturing animals, they need to be flogged. Let's bring it back for that and maybe severe child abuse cases. If there is proof certain people attended the dog fights, maybe those people should be flogged too.

If there are any films of the people attending the dog fighting, local bigwigs or not, every person that is identifiable should be prosecuted.
