JEFFERSON CITY - Donald Bedell of Sikeston was approved Tuesday to the Missouri Conservation Commission by the full Senate.

Sen. Jason Crowell, R-Cape Girardeau, supported the nomination, which was made by the governor in 2009.

Bedell will aid the commission in protecting and managing the fish, forest and wildlife resources of Missouri. He serves on the commission with three other Missourians.
