Getting ready

Cellist Lydia Eddy Holton, organist Terry A. Parker and vocalist Mary Katherine Branum rehearse Thursday for the second annual "Celebrate Christmas in Charleston" concert scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Sunday in the sanctuary of the United Methodist Church, 1700 E. Marshall Street in Charleston. Admission to the event, which will also feature Sallie Goodin on piano, the Goodin Memorial Handbell Choir, Jennifer Miller on trumpet and vocalist Kerry Davis, is free.
