Local census numbers due next February

SIKESTON -- U.S. Census 2010 numbers are finally beginning to be released -- but there will be some more waiting on local numbers.

Sikeston city officials were advised by U.S. Rep. Jo Ann Emerson's office Tuesday that city and county population figures will not be released until February.
