One in custody following shooting in Homestown

HOMESTOWN - A man is in custody as an investigation continues into a shooting Tuesday evening.

Pemiscot County Sheriff Tommy Greenwell said his deputies were called to a residence in Homestown about 6 p.m. Tuesday

"It was reported several shots were fired towards a vehicle in the area and an occupant was possibly struck as a result of those shots being fired," Greenwell stated in a news release.
