Joan Burrow

SIKESTON -- Joan Burrow, 91, died Nov. 24, 2012, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born July 25, 1921, in Sikeston, to the late Arthur and Eunice Looney Burrow, she was a homemaker and worked for Derris Drug Store for 13 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sikeston, W.M.U., American Legion Women's Auxiliary and the Veteran of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary of Sikeston.

She is survived by: her adoptive family, the Solis family of Sikeston; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and special friends, Rachel King, Shannon King, Audrey King and Becky Driskill of Owasso, Okla., and Carl and Adell Pitts and Ruth and Frueh of Monett.

Services were conducted today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Ross officiating.

Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery.
