LILBOURN - Rueben Archie Marsh Sr., 58, died Sept. 18, 2007, at the Barnes-

Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born May 18, 1949, in Lilbourn, to the late Percy and Mildred Gardner Marsh, he graduated in 1969 from Lilbourn High School, where he was a member of the basketball team. He was formerly employed by Delta Growers of Lilbourn and QMI of Parma as a fertilizer distributor.

On March 20, 1970, he married Margaret Johnson, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons and and a daughter-in-law, Thomas Marsh Sr. and Darius and Andrea Marsh of Lilbourn; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Vanette Maxwell of Howardville, Tomorro Marsh of Malden, Renada and Justin Thomas-Cotton and Margaret and Tracy Ranson of Lilbourn; two brothers, Alvin Marsh of Jacksonville, Fla. and Richard Marsh of Fort Wayne, Ind.; six sisters, Freddie Lee King, Mildred McBride, Lucille Anderson, Brenda Jean Marsh and Lois Jean Phillips of Fort Wayne, Ind. and Rosetta White of Denver; and his mother-

in-law, Mattie Lee Johnson of Lilbourn.

Three brothers, three sisters and one son, Rueben A. Marsh Jr., preceded him in death.

Visitation is from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn. The Rev. Kenneth Holloway will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.

Williams Funeral Home of Howardville is in charge of arrangements.
