SIKESTON - Kevin Lee and Rachael Teresa Riggins are the parents of their third child, second son, born at 2:37 p.m. June 11, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Keaton Scout Riggins weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

The former Rachael Jackson, Mrs. Riggins is the daughter of Joe and Kathy Jackson of Sikeston and is a senior at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.

Riggins, son of James and Edith Riggins of Sikeston, is a courier for Federal Express.

SIKESTON - Brittani Lay and Stanley Matney are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 9:42 p.m. July 17, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Alexiya Taylor Matney weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19-inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Scott and Angela Sutton and Robert and Jennifer Lay.

Paternal grandfather is Stanley Johnson and stepgrandfather is Kevin Session
