NEW MADRID - Elora Cobb is the mother of her first child, a son, born at 11:

18 a.m. June 1, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Cody Alexander Cobb weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Vanessa Robinson of California and Michael Cobb.

ST. LOUIS - Scott and Manda Hequembourg are parents of their second child, first son, Tucker Pride Hequembourg, born June 8, 2005, at Saint Joseph's Hospital of Kirkwood. He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.

Grandparents are Burt and Reba Heller of Kennett, Mike and Judy Stevenson of Doniphan, and Don and LaDonna Hequembourg of East Prairie.

He is the great-grandson of Sidney and Marie Pride of Qulin, Dub and Juanita Stevenson of Broseley, John and Ruth Young of Doniphan, Katherine Hequembourg of Sikeston and the late Fred Hequembourg, Bill and Lulu Casey of Sikeston and Charlie and Mary Ketchum of Charleston.
