Bonnie Schindler

CHESTERFIELD - Bonnie Lou Schindler, 82, formerly of Morehouse and Dexter, died March 13, 2006, in the Barnes-Jewish Hospital at St. Louis.

Born May 18, 1923, at Dry Valley, daughter of the late William and Virginia Snider, she was a homemaker and a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary at Wappapello.

On Nov. 16, 1946, at St. Louis, she was united in marriage to Stanley Felix Schindler, who preceded her in death on May 20, 1974.

Survivors include: two daughters, Vicki Meyer of Chesterfield and Jackie Forrest of Lexington, Ky.; one sister, Dorma Lee Booker of Jefferson City; five grandchildren; and a special friend, Don Harris of Dexter.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday. Jim Long will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
