Pansy Woolverton
GRANT PARK, Ill. - Pansy Larue Wheatley Woolverton, 68, died at 7:38 a.m. March 20, 2006, at Crown Point Hospice in Crown Point, Ind.
Born March 9, 1938, near East Prairie, to the late Robert and Annie Beatrice Redfering Wheatley, she attended the Methodist Church.
She was formerly married to Robert Branam, who preceded her in death.
On Oct. 10, 1964, in East Prairie, she was united in marriage to Jim Woolverton who survives.
Other survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert "Bob" and Sandra of Cedar Lake, Ind. and Billy Branam; one daughter, Violet Branam Hatch of Grand Park; three brothers, Harry Dee Tucker of Lowell, Ind., Raymond Wheatley of East Prairie and Claude Edward Wheatley of Memphis, Tenn.; and seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
One daughter, Debbie Branam Umfleet; one sister, Mary Leda Wheatley Easley; and two brothers, William Martin Wheatley and Robert Eugene Wheatley, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. until time of memorial services at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Sheets Funeral Home in Lowell.
