We are going to have an election November 7th and the politicians we have in office today, I believe they should be removed. What I am trying to say is let's clean the house of the Senators and Congress we have in Washington D.C. and let's start all over. Let's put some new people in office. It doesn't matter if you are a Democrat, Republican or what have you, they are not serving the American people. You see all the scandals on TV and all the books that have been written about the politicians. It's a disgrace to the American people, it's a disgrace to the military personnel throughout this world that's given their lives for our freedom here in this country. When it comes election day when you can vote the way you like, we still have that right to vote, let's get the people out of office that's been in office 30 years or more that have so much power it seems like they can make the laws to do whatever they want to. Seems like they are trying to rewrite the laws of the Constitution of the United States. Let's go vote and let's put some new people in office. Doesn't matter if they are Republican or Democrat.

I would like to speak out about the newspaper and TV ads, the campaign of the November election that's nearing and the ads are getting more and more disgusting. Whether these candidates be Democrat or Republican, we the voting public elect them to work for us and they need to do just that and not fight with each other. Slinging mud and running each other down is not why we elect them to office. Through all this one ad stands out. The ad states convictions with not one negative word about other candidates. This gets my vote, not mud slinging.

Did I hear them say they were gonna let you put stuff out to sell and what didn't sell they would come get it and get rid of it? I have some stuff I need to put out. Please tell them to do it.

This is in response to Glad I don't pay taxes. How dumb can anybody think? They don't give you Social Security Disability by your looks. There has to be something wrong with you or you wouldn't get it. I don't understand you. You need to check into things before you start judging people. Just because someone looks healthy doesn't mean they are healthy. I think you're just jealous.

I'd like to know why the Highway Department blacktopped from Scott City north and not from Scott City south when their sign said the resurfacing was completed as promised?

I'd like to bring it to the attention of street signs that have been taken in the past. Stoneville Way was stolen. Just in case of emergency, the ambulance could not find Stoneville Way. Stone Drive has been taken. I know that sometimes you have urges to take signs. Thank God they don't take mailboxes for using for birdhouses. Stone Drive needs a sign for emergencies and other businesses in the area. It would be appreciated if the sign would be returned.
