Jerry Bond

SIKESTON -- Jerry S. Bond, 48, died Dec. 16, 2007, at his home.

Born July 28, 1959, in Chicago, to James and Melissa Morrow Bond, he had lived in Missouri since 1999.

He married Patrice Phillips who preceded him in death.

Survivors include: two sons, Jerry Bond Jr. of Markham, Ill., and Jerry Damon Bond of Sikeston; one daughter, Jumeca Tuwana Phillips of Sikeston; six brothers, James Bond and Evans Alexander Bond of Chicago Heights, Ill., Frank Bond of St. Paul, Minn., Edward Bond of North Chicago, David Bond of Nashville, Tenn., and Melvin Bond of Harvey, Ill.; two sisters, Barbara Bond of Markham, Ill., and Patricia Campbell of Matteson, Ill.; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled from noon until time of services at 2 p.m. Friday at Harvest Time Church in Sikeston with Shonta Green, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in the Homewood Memorial Garden Cemetery in Homewood, Ill.

Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of local arrangements.
