Lois Rogers

PORTAGEVILLE -- Lois Ann Gribble Rogers, 60, died July 15, 2007, at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti.

She was born Jan. 12, 1947, in Wardell, daughter of the late Tom and Mattie Francis White Gribble.

In 1967, in Tennessee, she married M.T. Rogers, who preceded her in death Oct. 1, 1996.

Survivors include: one son, Robert Rogers of Finley, Tenn.; two daughters, Phyllis Lawson of Dyersburg, Tenn. and Judy Crawford of Portageville; four brothers, Junior Gribble of Doniphan, Leon Gribble of Spiro, Okla., Thomas H. Gribble of Malden and Freddie Gribble of Dyersburg; and six sisters, Ruth Mayberry, Dorothy Williams and Liddie Mae Moore of Portageville, Ellen Lee Terrell of Bertrand, Carroll McLeroy of Pine Level, N.C. and Linda White of Lilbourn; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville, where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Scott Sutton will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
