Morley resident injured

MORLEY -- A Morley resident was seriously injured after her leg got caught in the tire of the all-terrain vehicle she was riding Monday evening in Scott County.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, at 6:20 p.m., Richard R. Reeves, 39, of Morley was operating an ATV and traveling west on county road 431 south of Morley, when the leg of his passenger, 20-year-old Christina A. Patrick of Morley, came in contact with the right rear tire and was thrown from the ATV.

Patrick was air evacuated to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
