Jim Eaves

WYATT - Jim Eaves, 69, died at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 14, 2006, at his home.

Born Aug. 18, 1937, in Louisville, Miss., son of the late James and Kate Palmer Eaves, he was a retired engineer for the Ingram Barge Company and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Survivors include: two daughters, Amy Todd of Gray, Ga., and Emily Williamson of Schwartz, La.; one brother, Frank Eaves of East Prairie; one sister, Kathy Organ of East Prairie; one granddaughter, Grace Todd of Gray and a special friend, Nancy Ames of Wyatt.

One brother, Vic Eaves, preceded him in death.

Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
