Speakout 4/18

I can't believe that MSNBC would even consider humoring the demands of Sharpton and others. Imus did nothing different that Dave Chapelle, Carlos Mencia, and others have been doing for years. Dr. Martin L. King Jr. preached for Americans of all races to have equality. Not that white people were the only ones that couldn't make racist comments. This whole thing is completely stupid. Not to mention, that Imus said nothing about the race of the players. Sharpton and others are the one that thought of the black players when the comments were made . . . so who is the real racist here? He insulted young ladies with a sexist comment. Again, a lot of comedians do this on a daily basis. If the ladies want something done about the comments, have them deal with it the American way. Sue him for slander.

"To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical." -- Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Source: Virginia Statutes of Religious Freedom, 1779 (In light of that, I don't want to hear anymore of this blasphemy from the Democrat Left about how "Christian" it is to tax us into slavery. It is not a free ticket to heaven to let a tyrannical bunch of thugs take over a free society established under the free and moral precepts of God! Such a philosophy is exactly opposite of what is truth. That is how you can know it's author is Satan, not God.) Got it? Comments added.

I have a question. How many people can legally inhabit a two bedroom trailer? In my neighborhood (Heckemeyer Acres) there is a run down, if not condemnable, two-bedroom trailer with at least three small children, an elderly lady (possibly the grandmother) the children's mother, and at least two middle-aged men living in it. There is a motor home parked in the yard that someone is staying in; and a pile of garbage in the yard as big as the four 55-gallon drums that it has already overflowed. Not only is this an eyesore but it cannot be safe or healthy for the children. Who would one contact to have this situation investigated?

I'm just calling concerning all these issues Governor Blunt is trying to get passed, these scholarships to go to college. Well hey, I sure wish he was there about 40 years ago when people our age were going to college. We had to start out in factory and restaurants. We didn't get to go to college because we didn't have these grants and scholarships to go on. Furthermore, I feel he ought to be giving more money to these health care workers, because they do a lot of good work providing a lot of good care for our elderly, our disabled and our mentally challenged. I feel like they are the ones that should be getting all the benefits, not these students with all these college scholarships. I think everybody else will agree with me. People who worked every day and sacrificed to make all of us a better life.
