MARSHALL -- Cecile Naomi Crafton, 70, died June 15, 2006, at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia.

Born Jan. 17, 1936, in Portageville, daughter of the late Cullen Cecile Bivins and Lois Naomi Zook Bivins, she had lived in Marshall since 1969, moving from Malta Bend, and was a licensed practical nurse for several years at Fitzgibbon Hospital. She was a member of First Assembly of God.

On Oct. 9, 1954, she married Dwane Crafton, who survives of the home.

Additional survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Sheila Jo and Chris Countryman of Lebanon and Tammy and David Trelow of Malta Bend; three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Dwane and Denise Crafton of Joplin, David Wade and Bridget Crafton of Omaha, Neb., and Mark Allen and Xiao Min Crafton of Marshall; two brothers, Paul Wayne Bivins of Buffalo and Don Bivins of the state of Ohio; two sisters, Juanita Walker and Betty Scott, both of Marshall; and 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. today at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with the Rev. Dale Bean officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall.
