Lorene Noble

DELTA - Lorene Noble, 99, died at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 2, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born Aug. 6, 1908, in Advance, to the late John Henry and Anna Josephine Felbinger Weissenborn, she was a retired money dispatcher from Famous Barr in St. Louis and a member of First Baptist Church in Delta.

On Oct. 15, 1938, she married Leon Noble, who preceded her in death on June 6, 1976.

Four brothers, one sister, two grandsons and one great-grandson also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two daughters, Marilyn Goodman of Tulsa, Okla. and Carolyn Hendrickson of Chaffee; and three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is at 4 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Delta with the Rev. Eric Hodge officiating.

Burial will follow in the Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.

Pallbearers will be: Randy Stoffregen, Rusty Hendrickson, Craig Hendrickson, Richard Surface, Nathan Surface and Josh Surface.
