ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dorothy "Deanie" Woodard, 83, formerly of East Prairie, Mo., died Dec. 24, 2008, in the Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
