Former court clerk is sentenced

NEW MADRID - A former Scott County clerk accused of stealing was sentenced Tuesday.

Stacy Forck, who was charged with theft/stealing, for the theft of $2,688.50 from the Scott County Clerk's office on Nov. 12, was granted imposition of suspended sentence during her appearance Tuesday before Judge Fred Copeland.
