Area farmer honored at SACC meeting Thursday

SIKESTON - A Southeast Missouri farmer will be honored during Thursday's Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce meeting.

Kenny Mayer is this year's recipient of the Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce Farm Family of the Year Award. Mayer will formally receive the award at the SACC's annual Farmers Recognition Luncheon held at noon Thursday at the Clinton Building in Sikeston.

The cost of lunch is $8 per person.
