New contractor awarded bid for ditch excavation

CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County has a new contractor for work on Maple Slough.

County commissioners awarded a contract for excavation on an 11-mile stretch of the drainage ditch to Schlosser Construction of Benton during their regular meeting Thursday.
