Charleston hosting festival of music and arts to attract people downtown

CHARLESTON -- Looking to draw more people to Downtown Charleston this fall, a festival of music and arts is planned for later this month.

The Art Harvest will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at the corner of Stark and Cypress streets in Charleston, a wine tasting by River Ridge Winery, food, live music by Holt Dugan and band and interactive art demonstrations.
