Ricky Smith

PORTAGEVILLE -- Ricky M. Smith, 50, died Nov. 23, 2011, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born May 22, 1961, in Catron, he was the son of the late Cora Lee Smith and Thomas West.

Survivors include: his wife, Sylvia Smith of the home; a daughter, Shonda Smith of Portageville; three brothers, Richard Tisdell of the state of Texas, Ed Tisdell of the state of Illinois and Charles Tisdell of the state of California; four sisters, Tiny Grant of Phoenix, Ariz., Tonya Ray of Marston, Austrlian West of Kennett and Ebony West of Portageville; and one grandson.

Visitation is from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Zion Rock Church with the Rev. Robert Anderson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Simmons Cemetery at Catron.

DeLisle Funeral Home of Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
