CARUTHERSVILLE -- The Charleston Lady Bluejays dismantled Caruthersville 81-7 Thursday.
E'Neikque Ewing led Charleston (7-3) with 21 points while Sierra Frazier added 19.
Charleston was ahead 33-3 after the first quarter and then 57-3 at the half.

SIKESTON -- The Sikeston ninth grade basketball team withstood a rally by Cape Central holding on for a 51-47 win.
The Bulldogs (5-0) were led by Dominique Dyes' 19 points. Jaylen Mallory added 14.
Sikeston led 14-5 after the first quarter but allowed Cape Central to outscore them 15-2 in the second.

SIKESTON -- The Sikeston eighth grade basketball team lost a close one, 44-41, against Cape Central Thursday.
The Bulldogs (3-7) held a 1-point lead going into the final quarter. However, Sikeston was outscored 19-15 in the fourth leading to the loss.
Sikeston will play again Monday at Jackson.
